Through all three interviews I learned about about my segment and the steps they go through with their buying process. When it comes to my customers evaluating alternatives I found that they tend to place price and quality as the main variables they consider. When it comes to the method with which they purchase a product or service, they use online purchases as their main source of buying. When it comes to their evaluation of the purchase afterward they consider if they were satisfied or unsatisfied.
This segment in terms of alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase evaluation cares about quality, but at an cheaper affordable price.

These interviews you conducted were really good for this assignment. You spoke very clear and they were very easy to understand. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into this assignment. Seeing whether or not your customers are satisfied or not is really important. You did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI thought that your interviews were straight-forward and thorough. I noticed how the genders perspective differed when it came to the ranking of price and quality. I, being a male, would also would rate price and quality either the same or pricing first. Great work.
ReplyDeleteHi, Kelly. You did really good job in this assignment. I had hard time to find people to interview. You had very good interview skill and asked really good questions and pointed out to get good information from your interviewers. I learned what people think and what is the most important to them with their buying process. I usually check design and quality first then if I like, I check price. Great work!!
ReplyDeleteKelly,
ReplyDeleteThis assignment has allowed you to reveal the thinking processes of your potential customers. The only negative aspect of the assignment is that the interviews did not reach the 10 minute mark. I feel that you may have been able to stretch the interviews out, thus gaining more helpful information. Don’t get me wrong, you did a great job and actually completed the assignment.
Kelly,
ReplyDeleteAfter listening to your interviews I was impressed with hoe you conducted them. You were super professional and knew where to go from question to question. Unlike you, I found that my people did not like to shop online as much as yours did but that is an interesting find.
Hi Kelly!
ReplyDeleteIt definitely surprised me how many people prefer to shop online. I knew a lot of people did it, but figuring out that it is preferred to the alternatives is something that puts 2016 into perspective. You carried out your interviews very well and they will certainly help you take your opportunity even further. If you'd like to read mine, here you go! http://jkilgore25ent.blogspot.com/
Hey man good job on the interviews. I dread doing these interviews so good job putting yourself out there. It's interesting to see how online shopping is taking over and how it creates this need for an online presence among companies. Your fearlessness in being able to talk and interview random people will be a great skill! I hope you're able to take away a lot from this class and good luck with life dude.
ReplyDeleteHey Kelly,
ReplyDeleteI am really impressed in your interviewing skills as it can be difficult asking strangers to answer specific questions. I can relate to the online shopping phenomenon because it is very quick and are able to compare prices from different websites.
Great interviews. I'm not an online shopper, but I realize there is a large group of people that shop online. While I still enjoy the brick and morter shopping I'm not surprised you found so many people that prefer shopping online. Regarding the interviews, i think as long as you get the point across the length does not matter.
